NUMBER EIGHT!

Single digits!!!!

We have finally made it to single digits!!! Today we moved into the number nine spot!!! We are getting excited and are cautiously optimistic that this is actually going to happen sometime soon!!! After almost four years on the adoption roller coaster, it is hard to believe how close we may be. I saw someone post that if they were pregnant with a biological child, today would mark their 40th week (since official wait with their Ethiopia process). Let's see...if we are counting weeks since we started the adoption process, then I am about 208 weeks pregnant! That's a LONG pregnancy!!!

Happy Anniversary to Us!! (edited with new picture)

Ten years ago today, I was preparing to walk down the aisle. In one way, it seems like it was just yesterday. In another way, it seems like we've always been together. We have had a rough ten years as far as trying to conceive/adopt is concerned. Other than that, it has been great! I think the next ten years will be a lot different than the first ten...hopefully there will be three of us soon!

Twenty-Three

That is the number of days we have been SITTING at number TWELVE. I am tired of it. I want to be something other than TWELVE. TWENTY-THREE days?!?!?!?! It's so depressing and there is no explanation coming from our agency to explain WHY there has been no movement.

Torture....absolute TORTURE!!!!!
